Christine is Chief Brand Officer and Vice President Strategic Initiatives of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and a member of the senior leadership team for the past 12 years. She is passionate about conquering cancer in our lifetime and is personally committed to this cause. She leads all branding, communications, website, and public relations activity. Christine has embraced social media and ran the first Twitter party in the social enterprise sector in Canada, trending # 1 during the event. Christine oversees $26 million in net fundraising revenue annually. Her portfolio of fundraising brands includes the Princess Margaret Lotteries, Golf To Conquer Cancer and other new initiatives. She has been involved in many of the Foundation’s leading brand having led the team that launched The Ride To Conquer Cancer ten years ago, Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer and the re-launch of our big bold walk to OneWalk to Conquer Cancer. She has worked with many organizations who have sponsored or been active in Princess Margaret’s branded events and engaged with the for-profit sector on several cause-related marketing initiatives. Christine spent 25 years in business prior to joining The Princess Margaret with such notable organizations as Procter & Gamble, Nabisco, Weston’s and Sun Life Financial. She holds a MBA from Schulich School of Business and the Gold Medal in Marketing. . She sits as a Past Chair and Board Director on Room217 Foundation, and was on the Board of Governors for the Waterstone Most Admired Corporate Cultures selection in 2016. She enjoys skiing, hiking with her dog Ms. Monty, yoga, golf and baking in her spare time. She is married and has two adult children.
