Dianne Conlon brings over 20 years’ of experience in human resources within the financial industry as both an HR generalist and as a senior HR strategic business partner. Ms. Conlon has been involved in talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness in various organizations through an optimal blend of strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration. She has garnered these skills and developed this expertise throughout a career of increasingly senior-level HR roles that includes past service as Vice-President, Human Resources at Manulife Financial/John Hancock.
Ms. Conlon currently leads Greystone Managed Investments’ Human Resources function and acts as the senior HR advisor to the Managing Directors of the firm. Over the past 24 months, Ms. Conlon has developed and successfully implemented a number of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s aggressive growth objectives, including a talent management program and a long term incentive plan.
Ms. Conlon’s experience is complemented by the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management (APHRM) from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
