We are currently leading the search for a District Manager on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing leader in retail.
The District Manager will provide hands-on support and strategic oversight to a select number of retail locations within their designated region. A strong sales driver, and relationship-builder, they will be responsible for supporting all store managers to maintain their location at optimal sales levels. A leader, and coach, with experience delivering exceptional customer experiences, the District Manager will make sure their team is equipped with the tools, procedures and knowledge required to run highly profitable retail locations.
The District Manager will be highly visible at the stores, building trusted relationships and being highly present with their team of managers – all with the ultimate goal of improving profitability, running smooth operations, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
