We are currently leading the search for a Human Resources Manager – Total Rewards, Policy and Programs on behalf of our client. They are a state-of-the-art, premier destination automotive dealer that is growing rapidly.
The role will be responsible for the design, oversight and implementation of the organization’s total rewards strategy and programs. They will plan, direct, and coordinate retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits offered to employees as a ‘best place to work’ and one of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures™.
In addition the Human Resources Manager will work with other business leaders to identify policy needs and write, update, and overhaul employment policies as needed, as well as roll out employment policy communication and implementation plans. You’ll also find yourself working in a beautiful modern facility which includes a full-service day spa, golf simulator, and café that serves healthy meals and barista coffee.
