AFP is offering one-on-one career guidance through executive coaching at AFP ICON 2019, with four executive coaches including DRiWaterstone’s own co-founder Nancy Racette. What can you get out of 30-minutes coaching sessions and how can you get the most?

DRi is excited to announce the completion of our search for a Vice President of Development at Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, an organization turning former rail lines into a national network of trails that create healthier places for healthier people.
Jennifer Dunlap, DRi’s President & CEO, worked with the incoming President of Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, Ryan Chao, to lead the search for a Vice President of Development to align fundraising with the organization’s 4-year strategic plan. We identified a national pool of candidates who could help RTC accomplish five key goals: create highly visible models of success, advance innovative trail and active transportation policy, encourage trail use, expand reach and encourage replication, and strengthen RTC’s internal operations.
Today we announce that Alisa Borland will serve as the Vice President of Development at Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. Alisa brings nearly two decades of development experience, with a record of promoting public policy, building successful relationships, and expanding donor pipelines. Most recently, Alisa served as Vice President of Development for the Conservation Fund, where she established a comprehensive major donor pipeline that generated 6- and 7- figure gifts. Alisa was previously Director of Fundraising at the Conservation Fund.
