DRiWaterstone is delighted to announce the placement of a new team of leaders at Episcopal Relief and Development, a growing international organization that impacts the lives of over 3 million people annually by bringing together the generosity of Episcopalians and others with the needs of the world.
DRiWaterstone began its partnership with Episcopal Relief and Development in 2012, when we assisted the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer in developing a strategic plan that has led the organization to double in size over the last decade. We renewed our partnership to help the growing organization expand its senior team, with concurrent searches for a Director of Campaign, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Institutional Partnerships.
Sherron Carrion, Episcopal Relief & Development’s new Director of Human Resources, is an HR expert with a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and more than a decade of experience. Sherron most recently served as Divisional Director of Human Resources at The Salvation Army, where she directed the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of HR management for the state of New Jersey, working with 950 employees and volunteers.
Emily Bloom, Episcopal Relief & Development’s new Director of Institutional Partnerships, previously served as Senior Director of Business Development at the International Youth Foundation, where she led a seven-person team to grow annual revenue to $22M. She previously worked in new business development in Africa for Chemonics International Inc. and on the management of institutional grants at the Global Fund for Children.
Chad Brinkman, Episcopal Relief & Development’s new Director of Campaign, is no stranger to the non-profit. He has worked in a variety of roles at Episcopal Relief & Development for nine years—as Program Officer for Engagement, Media Officer, and Associate for the NetsforLife® Inspiration Fund. Across his tenure, Chad has built relationships across the Episcopal Church that will continue to be critical to the success of the fundraising campaign at Episcopal Relief & Development.
We congratulate Episcopal Relief & Development on its long record of growth and recognize Sherron, Emily, and Chad on their new roles in the organization. We look forward to seeing their success together!
