Congratulations to the new Station Manager of North Country Public Radio

DRiWaterstone is excited to announce the completion of our search for a Station Manager at North Country Public Radio, a public radio station that consistently punches above its weight and touches lives far beyond the geographic reach of its transmitters.

DRiWaterstone’s COO Nancy Racette guided the complex institution—a member-supported NPR station owned by St. Lawrence University—through a methodical search process to identify the right leader. Working with both high-level university administrators and the talented NCPR staff, DRiWaterstone built a pool of non- and for profit media leaders who could sustain the station’s value to the campus, community, and country.

Today we announce that Mitch Teich will serve as the next Station Manager for North Country Public Radio. Mitch brings over 25 years of media and communications experience to NCPR, including leadership roles at public radio stations across the country. Mitch most recently served for more than a decade as Executive Producer and Co-Host of Milwaukee Public Radio’s Lake Effect, a celebrated weekday news magazine. Mitch previously served as News Director at Arizona Public Radio and as a reporter and producer for Minnesota Public Radio.

We congratulate Mitch and North Country Public Radio—we look forward to seeing their success together.

DRiWaterstone partnered with the Joint Center to find a development leader to establish comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve the Center’s-short- and long-term goals. The Director plays a key role in fostering direct relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations, and helps to create the Center’s strategic plan. Today we congratulate Roslyn Hannibal-Booker on becoming the Joint Center’s Director of Development. Roslyn has nearly two decades of development experience, with an emphasis on frontline fundraising. Most recently, she was Director of Development at the Immune Deficiency Foundation, where her responsibilities include both fundraising solicitations and donor relations. Much of her career has been fundraising for advocacy organizations, and prior to becoming a fundraiser, she had a career in social work focusing on disenfranchised individuals. Congratulations to Roslyn and the Joint Center—we look forward to seeing their success together."
