We Congratulate Jeanette Radford on Becoming VP of Development at Council for a Strong America

DRiWaterstone is pleased to announce the placement of the Vice President of Development at Council for a Strong America (CSA), a national non-profit that mobilizes unique and powerful voices to change debates about public policy investment in children.

DRiWaterstone partnered with CSA to identify a Vice President to design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure and diversify financial support for the organization. The Vice President will serve on CSA’s executive team and will broaden the donor base to include more individuals, corporations, and corporate foundation grants to sustain and grow its work.

We would like to congratulate Jeanette Radford on becoming the new Vice President of Development at Council for a Strong America. CSA is a great fit for Jeanette’s background and areas of passion; she has previously worked at Year Up, DC College Access Program, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. Jeanette brings a mix of skills to CSA, having fundraised from individuals, corporate, foundation, and government sources throughout her career.

We congratulate Jeanette and Council for a Strong America—we can’t wait to see what Jeanette will accomplish for CSA!

DRiWaterstone’s CEO Jennifer Dunlap previously partnered with the Board of Directors at the Chrysler Museum to recruit Director Erik Neil, who has led the institution since 2015. Under Erik’s direction, the Chrysler Museum has successfully expanded its fundraising program and made the decision to increase its investment in its professional fundraising team. The museum renewed its partnership with DRiWaterstone to identify a Director of Development to accelerate its growth and continue enhancing the visibility and success of its encyclopedic art collection, family-friendly events, Glass Studio, and more. Today we recognize Heather Sherwin for becoming the Chrysler Museum’s Director of Development. Heather brings to the museum more than two decades of experience in fundraising, with a focus on arts and educational institutions. She most recently served as Vice President for Advancement at the Central Carolina Community Foundation, where she developed strategies to raise more than $22M. Heather previously served as Director of Principal Gifts at the Cleveland Museum of Art, where she designed new marketing strategies and helped complete a $350M capital campaign.
