Today we congratulate Lisa Harter on becoming Carnegie Science’s Development Officer for Major Gifts, and Amanda Marcucci for becoming Manager of Donor Relations.

For the past 14 years, Lisa has been with the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Services, most recently cultivating major and principal gifts from University donors.

Amanda brings an expertise in donor communications and a passion for problem solving to the Carnegie Science team. Prior to her new role, Amanda specialized in donor communications strategy, working at the International Fund for Animal Welfare for the past year and for six years prior at Impact Communications, a leading fundraising communications firm. She has a multi-faceted communications perspective developed through diverse non-profit projects over the past seven years.

Congratulations to Lisa, Amanda, and Carnegie Science – we look forward to watching the Carnegie Institution for Science continue to flourish.
