DRiWaterstone partnered with ASEE to identify a leader for ASEE’s contract- and grant-based programmatic activities. The Managing Director serves concurrently as Director of Institutional and Strategic Development, which is responsible for outreach to lapsed, active, and prospective ASEE member institutions.
We would like to congratulate Jacqueline El-Sayed on becoming the new Managing Director for Professional Services at ASEE. Most recently, Jackie spent six years at Marygrove College in Detroit, where she served as both a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Jackie holds a Ph.D. and MSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and has been involved in higher education for the past 30 years.
We congratulate Jackie and the American Society for Engineering Education as they embark on this new journey together.
DRiWaterstone is delighted to announce the placement of the Senior Vice President of the American Case Management Association, one of the country’s fastest-growing associations and a standard-bearer for case management professionals.
DRiWaterstone’s CEO Jennifer Dunlap partnered with ACMA’s Chief Executive Officer to identify a Senior Vice President to provide comprehensive leadership for all operations at the growing organization. The new SVP will sustain growth by increasing membership to over 10,000 care professionals, develop standardized resources for 32 local chapters, and expand ACMA’s development of innovative case management products beyond the hospital setting.
Today we are pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Van Norman as ACMA’s new Senior Vice President. Brian has extensive experience in providing value in membership organizations. He most recently served as Chief Membership Development Officer at Shriners International, where he designed a strategic plan that increased membership to 200,000 people, and as Director of Membership at the American Public Works Association, where he worked on both international and national engagement. Brian was also previously Executive Director of Children’s Miracle Network at the University of Kansas, where he oversaw relationships with more than 9,000 individual and corporate donors.

DRiWaterstone is thrilled to announce the placement of the new Chief Revenue Officer at Share Our Strength, a fast-growing national organization working to end childhood hunger in the United States.
This recruitment renewed DRiWaterstone’s long-standing executive search partnership with Share Our Strength. Jennifer Dunlap, DRiWaterstone’s President & CEO, has worked with Share Our Strength President Tom Nelson to staff the ambitious organization as it has grown to an $80M budget. This search recruited a chief fundraiser charged with leading the organization’s innovative and multi-dimensional fundraising program to sustain growth and increase annual revenue to $100M. DRiWaterstone identified accomplished fundraising strategists with a record of designing next-generation corporate partnerships, digital giving, special events, and more.
Today we are pleased to announce that Jill Davis will be Share Our Strength’s Chief Revenue Officer. An extensive national search identified Jill, the former Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Share Our Strength, as the best candidate for the role. Jill previously served as a fundraising leader at high-profile, growing institutions. She was Director of Promotions for National Program Marketing at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; Senior Director of External Affairs at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation; and most recently SVP at Share Our Strength, where she led the team that had built the corporate partnerships that are the backbone of the organization’s fundraising. Jill is excited to partner with Tom Nelson to continue growing Share Our Strength’s program.
Congratulations to Jill Davis and Share Our Strength—we look forward to seeing their success together.
DRiWaterstone is excited to announce the placement of the next President of Voices for Progress, an organization that brings together prominent individuals to support the public good and counter the many wealthy entities who use their access to lobby for their narrow self-interest.
Sherry Ettleson, DRiWaterstone’s Managing Director, worked closely with the Board of Directors at Voices for Progress to identify a leader committed to leveraging its members’ credibility and influence to bring about the enactment of significant progressive policies. The President of Voices for Progress is charged with setting the strategic direction of the organization’s advocacy program, building collaborative relationships with the top leaders of other progressive institutions, and serving as Voices for Progress’ principal fundraiser and spokesperson.
Today we congratulate Sandra Fluke on accepting the role of President at Voices for Progress. Through a comprehensive national search, the Board identified Fluke—who had served in multiple roles at Voices for Progress over the previous four years—as the right person to step into the top position. Beyond her previous accomplishments as the organization’s National Membership & Development Director and as California State & Western Region Director, Sandra also had a successful record as a public interest attorney in private practice, as a pro bono attorney for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking, and as a Board member of multiple CA-based organizations. With her accomplishments and networks in progressive public interest law, Sandra is well positioned to lead the Voices for Progress mission.
Congratulations to Sandra and Voices for Progress—we look forward to seeing their success together!
