Christine Vigna

In her role as Vice President of People and Culture at Dejero, Christine Vigna is responsible for creating and driving programs and services that deliver on Dejero’s people strategy, provide an exceptional employee experience, as well as continuing to grow and develop the culture at Dejero.

Prior to joining Dejero, Christine held a diverse range of human resources, advisor, and project management-focused roles in the not-for-profit, regulatory body, and technology sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Christine is also a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and brings a strong coaching presence and mindset to all of her work.

Christine is active within the Waterloo Region community – serving as the President on the Board of Directors for a local charitable organization and as a mentor to other HR professionals.
