Diana is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with a Degree in Psychology, a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Masters in Human Resources and Employee Relations. She has been working in progressive HR positions for the last 14 years and has been working with Paladin Security since 2010. In her current role as the VP of People and Culture, Diana oversees Human Resources strategies for both the Canadian and U.S. business operations, supporting HR practices for over 15,000 employees. Diana is passionate about building HR processes that are progressive, in line with best practice, and that continue to drive a powerful corporate culture that also aligns with business strategy. Diana aims to not only drive best practice, but to create best practice to continue influencing the future of the field of Human Resources.
In addition to education and progressive career growth, Diana is passionate about volunteering in the field of HR where she acts as a mentor through BCHRMA and sits on the Board of Directors for a not-for-profit organization. In 2018, Diana was named the Canadian HR Rising-Star of the year.
