Melanie Scheepers is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Coconut Software. With 20 years of HR leadership experience spanning clinical research, customer service, and technology, she has a strong track record of building and scaling People functions within high-growth, global organizations. Melanie is passionate about creating thriving workplaces where employees can make meaningful contributions and is energized by the opportunity to scale culture with intention.

Her leadership has been recognized through several industry honours, including being named Canada’s Most Admired CPCO in 2025, inclusion on the 2023 ScaleHR list of Top HR Leaders in Canadian Tech, and recognition in the 2021 HRD Global 100.

Melanie also serves on the Board of Directors for TAP Network, a member-driven non-profit association for People & Culture, talent, and business leaders across Canada’s tech sector.
