Stacy Parkinson

Stacy Parkinson is the EVP of People and Culture at Equativ, formerly Sharethough, where she leads the People function in Americas. With 20 years of experience in human resources across high-growth technology, retail, and advertising industries, Stacy has successfully guided numerous transformative projects including several mergers and acquisitions. Stacy is known for her empathetic and approachable leadership style, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and thoughtfulness. Under Stacy’s leadership, Sharethrough achieved record-high employee engagement scores and introduced several programs that boosted attraction and engagement in a competitive talent market.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in HR Management with a minor in Marketing from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Stacy is also a certified professional coach and a certified yoga teacher.

As a member of Equativ’s senior leadership team, Stacy provides strategic leadership to shape and implement people programs that empower leaders and drive company success. Her approach centers on cultivating an inspiring company culture, enhancing the employee experience, and strengthening the employer brand — all with the goal of attracting, engaging, and developing talent to support the company’s growth ambitions.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys running, yoga, traveling and other outdoor adventures. She lives in Montreal with her husband and their 11 year old daughter.
