Terri Andianopoulous
Terri oversees Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Marketing at RioCan. She ensures these functions work harmoniously and in sync with the business strategy to present a unified vision for all stakeholders, drive unit-holder confidence, and reinforce RioCan’s dedication to a culture of excellence.
A strategic, collaborative, and results-driven leader, Terri joined RioCan in 2016 as VP of Marketing and transformed RioCan’s brand and communication approach. In 2020 she assumed responsibility for People and Culture and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2021. One of her greatest contributions to the leadership table is her strategic insight, which enhances alignment and the overall effectiveness of the organization. Since assuming the People and Culture team, Terri has redefined RioCan’s talent development and corporate culture, elevated the employee experience, and empowered staff to drive results at Canada’s premier REIT.
Before joining RioCan, Terri led marketing and communication efforts for various retail and food service brands. She is dedicated to mentoring others and fostering connections. Additionally, she sits on the advisory board for the University of Guelph’s Real Estate department and serves on the board of the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), a non-profit organization providing accessible mental health solutions for children and their families.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Relations & Communications from the University of Victoria, and a Certificate from Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resource Officer program.
