Adrienne Finlay is our Marketing Communications Leader who, along with her team, develops, manages and executes on plans that drive business growth, foster a competitive advantage, and build the Canada’s Most Admired awards programs.
After spending over a decade delivering results in corporate communications and marketing for everything from a global insurance broker (Aon) to a community-focused not-for-profit (Habitat for Humanity), Adrienne joined Waterstone in 2017. Adrienne knows what truly drives a brand forward is an authentic connection to its mission, and the ability to tell a clear and compelling story about what sets it apart from the competition.
Adrienne has helped organizations drive substantial ROI through complex digital and traditional marketing and PR campaigns, led hundreds of large-scale client events, guided organizations through brand overhauls, and counseled senior leadership through significant evolutions of their internal communications strategies.
Adrienne holds a BAA in Fashion Communications with Honours from Ryerson University and is fluently bilingual (French/English). She lives in Mississauga with her husband and children, and has a not-so-secret love of cheesy Karaoke.
