Alison Hemmings joined the Waterstone Human Capital team in February 2023 as a Consultant, Executive Search. In this role, she works to support clients in their search efforts, identifying candidates who possess the key behaviours that drive success within the client’s organization to help fill roles with top talent who can drive the organization and its culture forward.

Alison is a highly accomplished Talent Acquisition Executive with over 20 years of experience in driving recruitment strategies, employment branding initiatives, and mass hiring. She is a leader, mentor, and corporate consultant who is committed to upholding safe and inclusive workplace cultures. Alison is well-versed in DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practices and is passionate about establishing dynamic workplace cultures based on a collective measurement of success. 

Throughout her career, Alison has held various leadership positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition at Hemmings Consulting, Executive Coach at The Happy Work Project, and Executive Recruiter at ProFit Executive Search/AppleOne and We Move People. She has a proven track record of success and is regarded as a culture carrier, able to support companies in developing and maintaining a corporate culture focused on collective success. Alison is a high-energy presenter and skilled communicator, enlisted to speak at industry events and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in job market trends. 

In addition to her professional experience, Alison is also a Crew Member and Mentor at The Tony Robbins Foundation and has held various retail management positions, including District Sales Manager and Store Manager. She has a genuine enthusiasm for resolving business challenges and is able to coach clients in identifying and removing roadblocks to secure successful outcome.
