Krystal Quach joined Waterstone Human Capital in July 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Krystal is focused on learning and executing the organization’s tactical marketing strategy to support growth across all areas of the business.

As a student, Krystal had a chance to intern at Interactive Health Pro, a healthcare organization that provides acute and chronic pain solutions, where she managed the company’s social media channels and assisted in marketing campaigns. Besides that, she also created content for email automations and newsletters to raise brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and increase prospects and leads for the organization.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Krystal spent three years as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Canada. In this role, she helped assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts where she deployed partners and delegated tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for their customers.

Krystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours), majoring in Marketing, from the University of Guelph-Humber. Krystal loves to drive and spend time with her family and friends.
