Lisa joined the Waterstone Human Capital team in September 2022 as a Client Services Associate. In this role, she is responsible for helping internal and external clients achieve success.

Lisa is a seasoned operational and administrative professional, and she loves to be in a team-based, collaborative and fast-paced environment. She started in recruitment early in her career and moved between sales and administrative and executive assistant roles at many established organizations, most recently, she was working as an Operations Manager.
