Sean Klunder

Sean Klunder is the Chief Marketing Officer at Waterstone Human Capital. Sean has been an executive marketer for over 20 years and focuses on organizational growth through demand and lead generation.

Earlier in his career, Sean was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management at Korn Ferry International, focused on the leadership and talent management practice. Prior to his executive leadership position at Korn Ferry, he was Vice President, Marketing and Digital Development at World Book where he was responsible for the development, launch, and promotion of SaaS products. Sean was also a Divisional Vice President at ETA/Cuisenaire, where he was responsible for product innovation and marketing. Sean’s passion is in digital marketing, where implements thathet latest digital technologies to drive growth. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Communications from Concordia University, an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.

Sean is also an Adjunct Professor of Digital Marketing at a graduate school where he instructs MBA students on digital marketing strategy.
