We’re searching for a Risk Mitigation – Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a North American leader in delivering pre-crisis contingency planning, security and emergency response solutions. This is a frontline sales professional role, responsible for executing the sales vision and strategy, developing new processes, and delivering on quantifiable growth objectives to meet revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers via direct and indirect engagements.
The successful candidate has: 2-5 years of business development experience, ideally in solution sales in a staffing or professional services environment, selling to human resources professionals, corporate security and / or legal services providers; experience spearheading successful solutions sales initiatives in a highly competitive environment that requires long term relationship building; excellent interpersonal skills; strong negotiation skills; and the ability to adapt quickly to changes based on business needs. A strong understanding of human resources and labour issues in a union setting is ideal.
