We are excited to be working with our partner, MacKay CEO Forums, in their search for a CEO Forum Chair. MacKay CEO Forums is one of Canada’s largest and most highly regarded national peer support teams for chief executives, dedicated to accelerating CEO and executive performance through results-oriented, professionally led, peer-learning groups.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chair will be responsible for attracting new members to the firm and creating best-fit peer groups. The Chair also facilitates the member experience, idea exchange and support to help the firm’s members become better CEOs and accelerate their business results, while saving time and improving well-being.

The successful candidate is an experienced, trusted advisor to CEOs, expert facilitator, and experienced business developer, with a decade or more of experience working closely with CEOs, executives, and business owners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a believe in the power of peer learning to help leaders accelerate business performance.
