Chief Financial Officer

We’re on the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of our client, a leader in the insurance industry. If you have a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, this could be the role for you.

The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to the company. This role will require an experienced finance executive with a proven track record of success in the insurance industry or a closely related financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the organization’s finance and accounting infrastructure to match its newfound national scale, the development and execution of the group’s financial strategy, and ensuring its financial health, stability, and future growth. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
