Chief Financial Officer

We’re leading the search for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of our client, a technology company in the development and mergers and acquisitions space. If you have 8-10 years of experience as a CFO in a small to medium cap multi-divisional and publicly traded organization, this could be the role for you.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be an integral member of the senior leadership team. They will work closely with the Senior Vice-President of Finance and other business leaders in helping to lead the growth of the company and continuously evaluating the short and long-term objectives of the business.

In this role, the CFO will lead the finance function and a team of professionals across the divisions of the organization and have oversight of key processes and best practices, as well as the growth and development of the team. They will oversee debt management, investor relations and financing, public reporting and compliance, management and board reporting, cash management and shall have financial planning and analysis, business valuations, accounting policies and financial statements under their direct purview.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a key contributor to executive business strategy, experience managing credit facilities with banking partners and the ability to coach and mentor other finance leaders within the team. Experience in the technology sector and with mergers and acquisitions would be highly valued.
