We’re leading the search for a Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) for our client, a multi-site custom manufacturing environment located in southwest Ontario. Reporting to the CEO, the CPCO is thought leader and change partner who serves on the executive team.
The CPCO is accountable for leading the people strategies, programs, and processes that drive growth and business results for the organization in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values. This includes driving people strategies including: HR operations, talent acquisition and retention strategies, talent development initiatives and optimization, rewards programs and employee engagement, design and building of HR and culture infrastructure, and more.
The successful candidate will be a relationship builder and people motivator who can serve as a thought partner throughout the organization. They will have experience: leading and supporting significant growth in a multi-site manufacturing environment; coaching and advising leaders; developing strategic and multi-year business plans and resource forecasts; and managing operational budgets.
