We’re leading the search for a Chief People Officer (CPO) on behalf of our client, an innovative Canadian practice group focused on empowering teams to provide unparalleled patient care. If you’re a relationship builder and people motivator with 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources and people roles in a high-growth, distributed business model, this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Managing Director, the CPO will serve as a thought leader and change partner on the executive team. This role is accountable for leading the people strategies, programs and processes that drive growth and business results for the organization in alignment with the mission, vision and values. This includes: driving people strategies, talent acquisition and retention, talent development and employee engagement; driving the employee value proposition to build on the organizational culture; fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders; promoting best practices for recognition and rewards programs; coaching and advising executive teams; and more.

The successful candidate will have a vision to foster an inclusive, employee-centric culture, an in-depth understanding of human resources practices and policies, and experience creating and developing services in support of strategic priorities.
