Waterstone Human Capital is looking for a Client Partner to join our team. This is a newly created role designed to support the continuous growth of the organization.
The Client Partner will build their own executive search practice while also acting as a senior member of the firm. They will identify and build client relationships across both of Waterstone’s businesses – executive search and the Waterstone Culture Institute – utilizing their own networks, Waterstone’s relationships, and the relationships of the firm’s key strategic partners with the goal of driving significant growth within their practice.
The successful candidate will lead search engagements through excellence in client and candidate stewardship, and will have: exceptional client management skills; experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; strong interpersonal skills; experience collaborating with a remote team; the ability to learn and develop a competency in cultural assessments; a solid understanding of in-depth targeted research; a passion for corporate culture and for helping organizations build high-performance teams and cultures that drive business growth.
