Contingent Labor Services – Sales Leader
We’re searching for a Contingent Labor Services-Sales Leader on behalf of our client, a North American leader in delivering pre-crisis contingency planning, security and emergency response solutions. If you are a sales executive with experience in solution-based professional services selling, ideally to the manufacturing, warehouse and logistics industry, this may be the role for you!
Reporting to the President, the Contingent Labor Services-Sales Leader is a front-line sales professional responsible for executing the sales vision and strategy, developing new processes and delivering on quantifiable growth objectives to meet revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers via direct and indirect engagement. Key responsibilities include: identifying traditional and non-traditional sales opportunities; driving cold calls, email prospecting and follow-ups; conducting client needs assessments; and driving aggressive lead generation and engagement scoping.
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of business development experience, ideally in solution sales, selling to the broader manufacturing sector. Additionally, they will have been instrumental in spearheading successful solutions sales initiatives in a highly competitive environment that requires long term relationship building, know how to segment and focus direct selling efforts, have strong negotiation skills, and know how to build out markets by leveraging relationships and competitive market data.
