Our client, a fast-growing technology service company, is searching for a Controller to lead the finance function and support an aggressive growth strategy.  This is a critical role for the organization, responsible for overseeing financial operations, performing financial planning, and optimizing financial processes, reporting and governance.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, experience optimizing financial operations for increased profitability, and a passion for leadership. They will be an accomplished, hands-on operations executive who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and is focused on quality and service.  Responsibilities include: financial reporting and compliance; budgeting and forecasting; planning and analysis; cash flow management; control; audit; taxes; regulatory; investment, ordering systems; and facilities and corporate development activities. The Controller will facilitate the best and highest standard processes and procedures for the finance and accounting organization and the business as a whole.
