We’re searching for a Director, Canadian Sales, on behalf of our client, a leader in hardware supplies and international outsourcing. Do you have 5 – 10 years experience with component sourcing and manufacturing organizations? Have a record of accomplishment in building and leading high-performing sales teams within a customer-centric culture? If yes, this could be the role for you!
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Canadian Sales will be a strong relationship-builder with solid business acumen and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate is a leader, builder, and mentor of high-performing key account sales teams, whose passion and drive consistently lead their team to exceptional outcomes. With a proven track record in account management, process implementation, and exceeding targets, the Director will play a crucial role in driving business development and sales growth in an entrepreneurial manner.
The Director, Canadian Sales, by leveraging their own network, and relationship-building skills, will cultivate strategic partnerships, identify emerging market trends, and explore untapped customer segments.
