We’re searching for a Director, Sales on behalf of our client, a global assistance company that delivers an integrated suite of health, security and incident response services. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director, Sales is responsible for executing the sales vision and strategy, developing new processes and delivering on quantifiable growth objectives to meet revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers via direct and indirect engagement.

The successful candidate will have: 2-5 years of business development experience, ideally in the development of in spearheading successful direct and channel sales initiatives in a highly competitive environment; an understanding of the large OEM, satellite and IOT markets; experience with driving cold calls, email prospecting and follow-ups; a track record of successfully developing and executing on a sales strategy within established and emerging markets; the skills to gather market intelligence on key competitors and leverage the data to help differentiate the organization; excellent communication and negotiation skills;  and the ability to customize strategy for channel sales, distribution partnerships, and key accounts to meet or exceed revenue growth targets.
