We’re leading the search for Director, Strategy and Consulting on behalf of our client, a Canadian-based technology-forward company with true global scale.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Partnerships, the Director, Strategy and Consulting is responsible for leading the design and development of world-class loyalty programs as part of a dedicated team of loyalty strategy and consulting professionals.
They lead the development of the organization’s strategy and consulting and will have significant responsibility for leading client engagements, guiding cross-functional teams, and supporting new business development. Responsibilities include: structuring and leading meeting with senior clients; developing the loyalty strategy and consulting team’s objectives and ensuring team members are executing against strategy and consulting’s role in accomplishing the organization’s broader objectives; leading the creation and delivery of proposal content in support of the business development team; building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and leading improvements in the organization’s consulting products and processes.
Success in this position requires a diverse set of skills, including: stakeholder management; team management experience; problem-structuring; data analysis; strategy development; and strong written and oral communications.
