We’re looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition on behalf of our client, an award-winning leader in the performance improvement and consulting services space. The Director will lead both the strategy and the execution of the entirety of the company’s talent acquisition program, and will partner and collaborate with the Director, Talent to drive the continued success of the company’s most important asset: its people.
The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead three key pillars: employment branding, campus recruitment, and experienced hiring. They will work in a team setting and with the executive team to set in play a vision for the acquisition agenda, and lead and support a team to attain and exceed key talent acquisition objectives.
The successful candidate will have: strong enterprise leadership capabilities including strategic thinking, coaching, relationship building and change leadership; the ability to lead and be held accountable to metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, retention and employee satisfaction; experience using a data-driven approach to recruitment; hands-on experience working collaboratively in a high-performance, entrepreneurial and customer-centric environment; and an excellent understanding of employer brand building and the candidate experience.
