We are leading the search for a Director, Talent Acquisition, for our client, a leading retailer of wireless products and services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Talent Acquisition will drive excellence and best recruitment practices at the organization. In this newly created position, the Director will lead the organization’s attraction and recruitment strategy, build a talent pipeline in all areas of this rapidly growing business, and create a differentiated talent brand for the organization. They will build exceptional operational effectiveness and efficiencies while introducing and rolling out processes and performance measurements to address a high-volume recruitment challenge.

The successful candidate will have experience with: high growth, high volume environments; implementing processes to dive speed and quality of hires; using a data-driven approach to recruitment; developing and implementing talent acquisition plans; building innovative business solutions that drive growth and value for the organization; negotiation and collaboration; and an understanding of/proficiency with brand building and internet marketing tools and techniques.
