Email Marketing Coordinator

We’re searching for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join the Waterstone team.

The coordinator will play a key role on the marketing team – taking the organization’s social and digital efforts from average to extraordinary, and allowing Waterstone to fully leverage its social and digital assets (including a new website, social media channels, newsletter, and email marketing) to drive growth across all areas of the business.

This is a role that requires a creative thinker who can effectively execute on the details while keeping an eye on the big picture. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Leader, the Email Marketing Coordinator will maximize Waterstone’s existing social and email marketing tools to: improve search rankings and build audience; drive engagement and interaction with the Waterstone brands; increase lead generation and conversion rates across all lines of business; ensure brand integrity and integration between all campaigns and platforms; drive awareness of Waterstone products and services; identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing the organization’s online presence.

The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative team player who is willing to both learn and teach. They will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and work well in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of agility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with Pardot or a similar digital marketing tool would be an asset.
