We’re searching for an Executive Vice President, People and Culture (EVP) on behalf of our award-winning client, Canada’s largest full-service, employee-owned security company. If you’re a passionate people and culture leader with 10-plus years of progressive human resources experience, and a history of stewarding corporate culture in a high growth, people-centric organization, this may be the role for you.
Reporting to the President, the EVP is a key member of the leadership team and responsible for all aspects of employee growth and development, including talent management, employee engagement, and corporate culture. In addition to acting as an advisor and business partner to the President, the EVP will: lead the organization’s human capital strategy; steward corporate culture, as well as employee health and well-being; and lead others through a culture evolution process which will ensure that organization continues to be a best-in-class employer.
The successful candidate will have: experience designing, developing, and delivering people and culture programs and practices; strong enterprise leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, business, and industry acumen, coaching, and collaboration; experience leading in a high-volume recruitment environment; and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
