Executive Assistant and Office Manager

We’re searching for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager on behalf of our client, a leader in the masonry industry. If you have more than eight years of senior executive assistant experience working directly for, supporting and communicating with senior level executives in a fast paced and complex work environment, this could be the role for you.

Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant and Office Manager will coordinate all aspects of the President’s business schedule, travel and administration while supporting and interacting regularly with senior management and colleagues. They will provide senior level administrative support and ensure the coordination and prioritization of the President’s schedule and commitments.

The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will be a front-facing for all administrative details and be the first point of contact for stakeholders and external partners, oversee the smooth operation and maintenance for the President’s business needs as required, and provide executive support to the President by drafting correspondence, conducting research, creating presentations and meeting materials, responding to emails, meeting and vacation requests, filing documents, developing and updating reports and screening calls.
