We’re leading the search for Head of Communications on behalf of our client, a Canadian-based technology-forward company with global scale. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, the Head of Communications is responsible for the strategy development and execution of global communications, including all internal and external communications, investor relations, and guiding the organization’s transformation efforts through effective communication.

The successful candidate will: have seven or more years of experience in communications, investor relations or an associated field; be experienced in leading major business transformation programs, including change management and change communication efforts; have above average stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; be able to maintain relationships with key investors and media that can lead to increased visibility for the company, its key initiatives, and campaigns; have outstanding time management and collaboration skills; and possess hands-on change delivery experience.
