We are currently leading the search for a Human Resources, Business Partner on behalf of our client in Burlington.
The Human Resources, Business Partner is responsible for the design, oversight and implementation of human resource programs, policies and total rewards strategies. In other words, they have all aspects of human resources with the exception of talent acquisition and development. They plan, direct, and coordinate human resource and total rewards programs such as retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits that our client offers its employees as a best in class corporate culture and a ‘best place to work’.
They work with other business leaders and divisions to identify human resources needs and write, update, and/or delete employment policies as needed, as well as roll out employee communication and implementation plans. This leader will keep up to date on relevant government legislation including employment standards, accessibility standards, TFW programs, health and safety and service Canada related items. They ensure that people policies and practices remain compliant with local, provincial and national employment standards and programs.
