Based at our head office in Mississauga (Port Credit) and reporting to the Managing Director, Operations and Culture, the Interim Marketing & Communications Leader will play a critical role at the firm, acting as the point person for all communications and marketing activities for Waterstone Human Capital and the national Canada’s Most Admired programs (both Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and, Canada’s Most Admired CEO).
This is an ideal role for you if you are a highly creative “make it happen” kind of person. You excel at managing detail, enjoy being a key point of contact with high-level executives and their teams, thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and are an experienced player/coach with deep event management experience. You are a strong writer and communicator, and a true marketing generalist, with a full toolkit of abilities at your disposal. Ultimately you are adept at always creating opportunities to engage with your key stakeholders and prospects in order to help drive the business forward.
You’ll also be in a workspace that is second-to-none. Located up the street from the very hip Port Credit Village in Mississauga, our space is beautifully renovated from top to bottom, with tons of natural light, flexible work stations, access to outdoors and green space and a modern kitchen space that is the hub of our day. We are very proud of the environment we have created. If you ask, you will most likely hear us tell you that it’s the best space in which we’ve ever worked.
This is an interim contract that offers significant exposure to CEOs and executive level HR connections at leading organizations across Canada – in other words – while gaining experience and helping to grow our brand, you’ll also have one-of-a-kind networking opportunities. While starting as an interim role, our business is going through substantial growth and there may be opportunities for the right candidate to stay on and contribute to our success.
All responses are sent to Waterstone Human Capital. Please indicate your interest in Project #0227-0008S. Please note: only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
