Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Culture Consultant to join our advisory team. In this role, you will partner with client organizations to assess leadership effectiveness and organizational culture, design and facilitate impactful development programs, and guide leaders through cultural and organizational change. You will bring expertise in culture and leadership, a passion for people development, and the ability to work in dynamic and evolving environments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leadership and Culture Assessment
- Conduct culture and leadership assessments through surveys, interviews, and observations.
- Analyze results to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy Development and Recommendations
- Translate assessment findings into actionable cultural and leadership strategies.
- Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to client leadership teams and HR partners.
- Leadership Development and Facilitation
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and team-building sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, and cultural awareness.
- Facilitate interactive sessions that foster collaboration, alignment, and leadership effectiveness.
- Change Implementation and Organizational Design
- Partner with client leaders to implement organizational design initiatives and cultural change strategies.
- Support adoption, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Impact Measurement and Client Partnership
- Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of leadership and cultural initiatives.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to leaders, building strong and trusted client relationships.
- Work with clients to expand client work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in leadership consulting, organizational development, or culture transformation – ideally 7-10 years.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational assessments, data analysis, and translating insights into strategy.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership training or culture workshops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Relevant certifications in DISC, Driving Forces, Acumen, and Emotional Intelligence (TTI Success Insights preferred) to support impactful client work.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, flex hours, and excel in fast-paced, evolving client environments.
- Ability to leverage technology including AI to support innovative work.
- Openness to travel, with approximately 30% of time spent onsite with clients.
