We’re searching for a President on behalf of our client, a leader in the publishing industry.
The President will have primary responsibility for providing strategic leadership and organizational excellence toward growing the organization’s brand across the United States. They will lead growth in existing markets, drive revenue through people, create operational efficiencies, and foster a caring and driven culture with their employees. This leader will be a brand ambassador, a builder of people, and an inspirational sales-oriented connector and collaborator. They will have the track record, network and energy to support the next stage of growth for the business.
The successful candidate will: be an accomplished, hands-on, and best-in-class sales and operations executive who can work closely with the founder and chief executive officer, and the leadership team; be a skilled communicator and negotiator; thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with an established customer base, highly focused on quality and service; and have significant sales, people leadership and operational acumen with demonstrated success in driving growth and best practices in the print industry.
