Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Waterstone team! If your background includes up to five years in B2B product management and development, and you’ve got a passion for driving high performance business growth through research and analysis, this could be the role for you!

The Product Manager will play an integral role on the Waterstone Culture Institute (WCI) team,  supporting the development and management of best-in class products and services that drive the growth of the WCI’s key lines of business. They will work closely with the Executive Director and will be responsible for: leading the development and management of Waterstone’s Culturepreneur Operating System; leading the Waterstone ENGAGE survey and culture advisory process; conducting competitive analysis, market research, and actionable reporting to ensure the WCI is best positioned to achieve its vision of being the place leaders go to build high performance cultures; identifying and reporting on trends and best-practices from the annual Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures award winners to help enhance WCI offerings and develop thought leadership content.

This is role requires a strong communicator who is able to work independently and collaboratively, and who can see the big picture while effectively managing the details of several initiatives at once. The Product Manager must have exceptional project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of detail and professionalism.  While the role is currently remote, there will be the option to work from Waterstone’s Mississauga office when Ontario public health regulations allow.
