Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are leading the search for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our client, innovators in the outsourcing manufacturing industry. If you have experience in B2B and B2C marketing, along with a solid understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels and best practices, this may be the role for you.

This is a new role, reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include: planning, executing and tracking marketing programs including email, event, social media and content marketing; coordinating marketing and community events including logistics, registration, liaising with vendors, and development of marketing materials; aiding in the management of the company’s CRM including call reporting and customer database management; creating content for various marketing programs and channels; monitoring and evaluating campaign performance; and conducting market research.

The successful candidate will have: strong organizational and project management skills; outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills; a firm knowledge of marketing platforms, channels and best practices (including social, digital, and email marketing); the ability to work independently to move projects forward; strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and present metrics; a high level of creativity/design capability; and understanding of distribution sales channels and online retail sales/marketing.
