We’re searching for a Sales Leader on behalf of our client, a Miami-based law firm working with clients across all 50 states. If you are passionate about adding value for clients and have at least 8 years of sales leadership experience and a record of being a top performer in a high demand, fast turn around environment, this could be the role for you!
The Sales Leader is responsible for driving best-in-class performance through the optimization of the selling process, expanding into key markets, and developing the sales team. They will provide overall leadership for the sales team as well as the analysis, planning, implementation of key performance metrics to drive growth and profitability for the organization.
The Sales Leader will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, attainment of business revenue objectives, improving customer satisfaction, and devising ethical sales policies and processes. Additional responsibilities include optimizing and refining sales strategies to drive leads and improve conversions along with leading the recruitment of new sales team members. This position will work closely with the Founder/CEO and play a leadership role in determining new product offerings and expansion into new geographies.
The ability to travel in the U.S. and Mexico is required, and a strong command of the Spanish language is a must. The Sales Leader must also be sensitive towards diverse cultures and communities.
