Strategic Partnerships and Program Development Consultant

The Waterstone Human Capital team is growing! We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships and Program Development Consultant to help us build on the success of our existing programs and expand into new markets. If you have a background in key account management, and are excited by the challenge of helping to build new programs from the ground up, this may be the role for you!

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Leader, the Strategic Partnerships and Program Development Consultant will have three key priorities: develop and help to execute a strategy for launching the Most Admired Corporate Cultures program into the U.S. market; help execute on partnership development and growth plans for the Canada’s Most Admired awards programs; and develop and provide ongoing management for a Most Admired Cultures partner network that supports the business relationships of all partners.

The ideal candidate will have: a track record of success with business development and new product and service launches; experience conducting competitive analysis and target identification; the ability to manage partners and support a network alliance; experience executing prospecting and/or lead generation campaigns; strong communication and presentation skills; and the ability to build and execute on senior-level strategies. This role can be located remotely or at the Waterstone head office in Mississauga, ON.
