Reporting to the Executive Director, Waterstone Culture Institute, the Vice President, Growth and Business Development, will be a key contributor to driving Waterstone Human Capital’s strategic plan by building key client relationships for the Waterstone Culture Institute and the firm at large. This is a remote role, with the option to work in Waterstone’s Mississauga head office when/as needed.
This is a new role that will primarily focused on leading the development of the firm’s licensee network through direct sales and business development programs, and direct channel development across the United States and Canada.
The successful candidate will be a relationship builder who: has a proven business development track record in the leadership services industry; possesses superior leadership, client and business development acumen; has the ability to advise and work closely with channel partners; the ability to stay on top of industry and knowledge management trends; demonstrates exceptional diplomacy and communication skills; and is comfortable acting as the face of the organization with potential clients and partners.
