Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain

We’re on the search for a Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain (VP, ISC) on behalf of our client, a leading dairy company. If you have Experience managing food manufacturing, with a strong preference for frozen food operations, this could be the role for you.

The VP, ISC is responsible for national demand fulfillment, including procurement, product supply, manufacturing, warehousing and delivery to exceed our customer expectations. This executive will be driven to support profitable growth in the grocery, industrial, co-pack and retail business lines by managing the fulfillment operations.

The successful candidate will plan, organize, staff and direct all elements of the operations to achieve business goals for safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement. This leader provides leadership to the operations team to become change-agents, lead continuous improvements, coach/teach associates and exceed customer expectations.

Additionally, the VP, ISC will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated supply chain strategies that are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and business objectives. This key role will lead the development of “world-class” capabilities around people, processes, and systems to create a culture of high performance and sustain our team-based, family focused culture.
