Vice President, Talent

We’re looking for a Vice President, Talent on behalf of our client, an award-winning leader in the performance improvement and consulting services space. If you have 10-plus years of experience in building people and talent programs and are experienced in leading culture and engagement efforts that result in measurable improvements to recruitment and retention, this could be the role for you.
The Vice President, Talent will shepherd all people-related functions so that employees continue to grow and thrive. This leader will work both at the strategic level (to set in play a vision for the talent agenda), and at the execution level (leading and supporting a team to attain and exceed key talent objectives). Key accountabilities include: leading a team to attract and recruit new talent to the organization; creating innovative programs and support and accelerate employee growth and career paths; developing and leading initiatives that foster employee satisfaction and growth; leading the charge to optimize best in class HR processes in the areas of employee experience, total rewards, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; and being a steward of the organization’s culture and purpose.
The ideal candidate will have: experience designing, developing and delivering talent/HR programs and practices, preferably in an organization that is recognized as a leader in culture or employee experience; experience using a data-driven approach to recruitment; experience working in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast paced work environment; familiarity with brand building and brand management; solid negotiation skills; and a passion for building and promoting a winning culture with people development at its foundation.
