Pamela Lee

Pamela is the President & CEO of Mr. Lube + Tires, a national leader in automotive quick services with more than 190 locations serving millions of customers across Canada. Offering a full range of services, from oil changes and preventative maintenance to tires, Mr. Lube + Tires is powered by local franchisees who proudly live and work in the communities they serve. What began in 1976 with one location in Edmonton, AB has grown into a coast-to-coast success story. Today, the company is expanding faster than ever, strengthening its presence in new markets to deliver unmatched convenience and trusted automotive care to Canadians nationwide.

Pamela brings 30 years of experience in strategy, operations, and executive leadership to her role. She champions a people-first mindset, focused on driving exceptional customer service and supporting franchisees as they strengthen and scale their businesses. A Chartered Accountant with experience across automotive, telecommunications, and forestry, Pamela draws on her diverse background in both start-up and mature organizations to position Mr. Lube + Tires for sustained innovation, operational excellence, and continued growth.

Dedicated to giving back, Pamela leads with purpose. The Mr. Lube Foundation has donated more than $6.5 million to organizations supporting children’s welfare and multiple sclerosis. She also serves as a board member of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada, helping advance the country’s aftermarket sector, and contributes locally as a Trustee of the Vancouver Police Foundation.

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys spending time with her large extended family. She and her husband also love travelling and golfing together, and are proud parents of two children.
